Bulk ID Card Generator Pro ("the Extension") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

Data We Do NOT Collect

The Extension does not:

• Transmit any personal data to external servers
• Collect analytics or usage telemetry
• Share data with third parties
• Access your browsing history
• Require account creation or login

Local Data Storage

The Extension uses Chrome's local storage API solely to save your settings (organization name, preferred export format, DPI). This data:

• Never leaves your device
• Is not synced to any cloud service
• Can be cleared at any time via Chrome's extension settings

CSV / Employee Data

Any CSV files or employee records you import are:

• Processed entirely in your browser's memory
• Never uploaded or transmitted anywhere
• Cleared when you close the extension popup

Permissions Used

• storage — Saves your design preferences locally
• downloads — Enables saving generated ID cards to your device
• tabs — Opens the print/PDF dialog in a new tab
